RE: ‘Homes set for green light on Blackburn site’, this really addresses the chronic shortage of single- person dwellings in the town.
I hope that they have better luck in selling them than the builders near where I live, whose sales have slumped so much, that work has nearly come to a standstill, on similar- sized homes in a more desirable area.
