RE pop star Peter Andre visiting Rishton to film 60 Minute Makeover – for a sixty-minute makeover they were on Cliff Street from at least 8am until 6pm.
I’d also like to know who paid for the police presence. At one point I believe there were eight police and PCSOs in attendance.
