RE: ‘End of an era as Darwen market stall closes after 56 years’ – it’s a sad day when a market trader leaves in this day and age.
Our North West markets, apart from the likes of Bury and Bolton, are a shadow of what they once were.
I hope that his stall is quickly re-let.
