Every year, Adult Learners’ Week celebrates the incredible achievements of adult learners in England.
People from across the country are using learning to improve their lives and the lives of those around them, which we believe deserves to be celebrated.
For 2013, a series of awards are presented and new categories have been produced, including Learning Life Skills, Learning Through Arts, Craft Skills or Culture and Learning Through Technology.
We want to hear your inspirational learning stories.
Nominations for Adult Learners’ Week Awards in England are now open, until 5pm on December 13, so give someone the recognition they deserve by filling out an online nomination form.
More information can be found at www.alw.org.uk or the ALW Facebook Page. Everyone nominated will receive a certificate, regardless of whether they win an award.
