RISING starlet Hollie Steel will be fighting for a place in the final of Britain’s Got Talent tonight on ITV1, at 8.30pm.
The 10-year-old, from Huncoat, will be competing with some of the show’s hot favourites, including dancer Aiden Davis, soprano Greg Pritchard, and family singers Good Evans.
And her mum, Nina, has urged East Lancashire people to get behind Hollie and vote for her so she wins through against “tough competition”.
NHS worker Nina said the show’s prod-ucers have chosen a song that will melt the hearts of the nation. If she gets through to the final she will be singing a big song from a hit musical.
Nina said: “She will be singing a beautiful song tonight and if she gets to the final she will be singing a big song, and it will be a big shock to everyone when they hear that.
“We wanted her to sing the big song in the semi-finals, but the show’s producers advised us against that.”
The Oakhill College pupil grew up with her family off Pendle Way, in Burnley, before moving to Huncoat more than three years ago.
