AN office in Great Harwood could become a house after plans to alter it were submitted to the council.
The proposed development would see the creation of a single dwelling by converting the Crossgates Workshop, behind Hesketh Street, an application form read.
Larle Mason, who submitted the application to Hyndburn Council, also attached a report showing there was no flood risk associated with the property, and a copy of a letter from the planning and transport department, stating there was no objection from them.
Mr Mason asked the council to make a contamination report a condition of approval, to be handed over before any work starts.
