THERE is still time for people to enter this year’s Edgworth Reservoir Challenge on Sunday, June 8.
The event features runs around the picturesque Wayoh and Entwistle Reservoirs with 5k and 10k runs available.
Blackburn with Darwen mayor Alan Cottam will get the action under way and there will be a family fun day at the Barlow Institute in Bolton Road. There will be races, cycling and rowing challenges, a climbing wall, bowls, a bouncy castle, water walking balls and more.
There will also be live music and a variety of food and drink on offer.
Proceeds from the event will fo to the Barlow Institute and Mistletoe Cancer UK charities.
