EDGWORTH Medical Centre met all essential standards during a recent inspection by the Care Quality Commission.
The regulator said of the Bolton Road practice: “We observed staff treating patients in a friendly and respectful manner and spoke with four patients who were mainly positive about the practice.
“Appropriate policies, procedures and staff guidance were in place. We spoke with three staff members who demonstrated an understanding of safeguarding issues.
Staff were well supported with good induction processes, communication, meetings and training. “Systems were in place to audit the quality of the service, obtain patients’ views and suggestions and improve service delivery as necessary.”
