A 22-YEAR-OLD Chorley woman has been accused of possessing cocaine worth £50,000 after being arrested at JFK Airport, New York.
Louise Marsden is believed to have been arrested as she tried to board a flight with her three-year-old daughter.
Marsden, along with a male companion, was taken for questioning at the Metropolitan Detention Centre, Brooklyn, New York.
The case has been referred to Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).
A Lancashire police spokesman said they had been informed of the situation and were monitoring the case.
The pair were arrested on October 21.
