A new 2.5 acre property development in Chorley aimed at small to medium sized business has announced more occupiers.
In a jobs boost to the area the £3m scheme called Momentum Business Centre@Buckshaw is being developed by Roundhouse Properties They are building 35 business units offering flexible office and industrial space from 630 sq ft to 2,130 sq ft.
Earlier this month, the developer welcomed TK Platt Electrical Ltd as the first occupier which purchased two units totalling 1,458 sq ft but an additional two occupiers have exchanged contracts on a further six units totalling 4,806 sq ft.
S&S Northern, designers, manufacturers and suppliers of gas safety products has taken four units covering 2,916 sq ft.
A further two units comprising 1,890 sq ft have been taken by Health and Fitness Education, which is the UK’s leading provider of nationally recognised fitness instructor qualifications and personal trainer courses.
Jeremy Lefton, director of Roundhouse Properties, said: “When we first launched the concept we knew it would be a product that would appeal to smal and medium businesses but the demand has surpassed expectations.”
