Four ambassadors for a low carbon future will offer advice and guidance to Lancashire businesses that attend the Low Carbon showcase event on the 6th December, at Burnley Football Club.Chamber Low Carbon, The Centre for Global Eco-Innovation, Lancaster University, The MaCaW Project, University of Central Lancashire are all part-funded by the European Development Fund and have agreed to work together with The Knowledge Transfer Network to highlight the support and funding available from each programme to local businesses.Andrew Leeming, Boost Programme Manager, Lancashire County Council, said: “There is a wealth of support available across the county to Lancashire based businesses to help them save money, develop new technology and reduce their carbon footprint.“But as we know, every business has very different requirements.“I am thrilled to see the local Low Carbon teams working together to hold an event for Lancashire businesses from across the county to help make it easy to see what’s on offer to them.”This morning event will start at 9.00am and will close with lunch a 12.00pm when there will be a chance to network with fellow delegates and discuss the support and funding available through each programme.Don’t miss this great opportunity to find out what’s on offer to your business - CLICK HERE to register for this FREE event.
