Niche commercial law firm, Taylors, has appointed Nick Trowell as Partner to head up its Commercial Property department.

Nick works with a range of clients including developers, investors, lenders, retailers and commercial property owners.

He regularly advises on transactions including property acquisitions & disposals, commercial landlord & tenant matters, developments, the acquisition of portfolios of properties and high value lending transactions. He also specialises in acting for the developers of renewable energy schemes. Nick has developed a reputation for this proactive approach and for getting deals over the line.

Prior to joining Taylors, Nick led the Commercial Property team at Heatons in Manchester, and before that, was a Partner at national firm, Eversheds.
