Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council staff celebrated their success at their ILM graduation held at East Lancashire Chamber of Commerce this week.
The 40 Aspiring Leaders & Managers embarked on their intense management & leadership training with Chamber Business training in October 2013.
CBT trainer and facilitator Tom Gorman said the work that had been submitted by the BWDBC individuals had been of the highest standard he had ever seen at this level.
Andrew Lightfoot Managing Director at BWDBC and Denise Park Strategic Director- Resources presented the certificates to the delighted students.
