60 of East Lancashire's business leaders came together to develop their leadership skills with a little inspiration from William Shakespeares Henry V. The workshop was organised by East Lancashire Chamber of Commerce and delivered by Ben Walden of Olivier Mythodrama, a business started by Richard Olivier, son of world famous actor Sir Laurence Olivier.
Henry V was a great leader who took his troops into battle at the battle of Agincourt and against all odds defeated the French army at Agincourt. The workshop explores the skills shown by Henry V to rally his troops and to deal with a variety of different individuals and challenging situations.
Ben Walden uses Henry V as an example of great leadership but brings the lessons that can be learned into a modern business setting.
For extra authenticity the workshop was held at Hoghton Tower, once home to William Shakespeare in his time as a school master.
The workshop was developed for the Chambers Diamond Ambassador members which features major Lancashire businesses such as Daisy Communications, Napthens Solicitors, PM&M and Northcote Group
