There’s no shortage of excellent bakeries in Lancashire and we want to celebrate them and find people’s favourites.
The Lancashire Telegraph has launched a competition to crown the county's 'Best Bakery 2024'.
Readers can now nominate their favourite bakery in the area via an online voting platform here.
Online nominations will run between Monday, August 19 and Sunday, August 25, with the ten finalists being revealed the week commencing August 26.
Readers will then be able to vote for the ‘Best Bakery 2024’ by picking up copies of the Lancashire Telegraph between Monday, September 2 and Saturday, September 14, with the winner announced the week commencing September 23.
Richard Duggan, Newsquest’s Regional Editor North West and Editor of the Lancashire Telegraph said: "This is a brilliant opportunity to celebrate local businesses.
"Everyone has a favourite place locally to pick up a tasty pasty or a delicious sweet treat and this is your chance to champion them."
