An estate agent has continued their support for an East Lancashire football club by being named as stand sponsors for a second season.
Pendle Hill Properties will continue their support for Padiham FC after the new stand was unveiled at the club’s Ruby Civil Arena ground.
In 2022, the Read-based estate agent agreed a three-year deal to become sponsors at the North West Counties Premier Division side and installed a new advertising board across their sponsored stand.
The estate agent already plays a big role in local grassroots sport, sponsoring the cricket clubs in Padiham, Read, Longridge, Church (Enfield CC) and Hoghton, as well as AFC Longridge, Sabden Bowling Club, and League One side Accrington Stanley.
Read and Longridge-based Pendle Hill Properties also hosted a mortgage advice and diabetes education event at the Ruby Civil Arena in March, in partnership with local independent financial advice firm Fairstone and X-PERT Health.
Those attending received independent and free impartial mortgage advice, as well as information on everything from diet and sleep, to stress and a healthy mind.
Andrew Turner, managing director at Pendle Hill Properties, said: "Sponsoring Padiham Football Club is one of the best things we do and we are really proud to continue that into a second season.
"It is a fantastic community club to be involved in and we wish Padiham FC all the best for the rest of the 2023/24 season."
Shaun Astin, chair of Padiham FC, said: "We can't thank Pendle Hill Properties enough for all their support and we are delighted to have them on board for a second season.
"It is great to have a local business involved with the club and we are looking forward to this partnership continuing for many years to come."
