A BLACKBURN man has been charged with stabbing a neighbour on Monday during a dispute over loud music.
John Burke, 34, of Infirmary Street, was sent in custody to Preston Crown Court charged with wounding Dean Halliwell with intent to cause him grievous bodily harm.
