A 25-year-old man has been charged in relation to a raid which saw £150,000 of cannabis plants seized in Blackburn.
Abdullah Patel, of Preston New Road, was charged with possession with intent to supply a Class B drug, and appeared at Blackburn Magistrates' Court this morning.
He was remanded in custody.
Police swooped on the five-bedroomed house in Wyfordby Avenue, Beardwood, on Thursday where they found 15 kilos of the drug as well as £18,000 in cash.
Two other houses in Preston New Road and Robinson Street, Little Harwood were also raided where a further quantity of cannabis was recovered.
A 26-year-old man and a 23-year-old woman arrested alongside Patel have been released on police bail pending further inquiries, as have a further five arrested in Little Harwood.
