POLICE handed out road safety packs to parents outside a school.
The action taken around St Anthony’s School, Shadsworth Road, Blackburn, was part of called Operation Pathways.
The scheme aims to combat the problems caused across the county by parents’ rogue parking while dropping their children at school.
