Man charged with buglary in Blackburn
A man has been arrested and charged on suspicion of burglary in Blackburn.
Police said they been made aware of an increase in burglaries in the Shadsworth area.
Following consultation with the Crown Prosecution Service, Ian Rawling, aged 35, of Oban Drive, Blackburn, has been charged with burglary.
He was due to appear before Blackburn magistrates this morning.
