THESE pictures showing the impressive new Darwen Vale High School and Ewood Park were taken from a police helicopter.
Officers from the National Police Air Service, based at Warton, provided support during Saturday’s FA Cup tie between Blackburn Rovers and Manchester City.
Tactical flight officer Martin Woods said: “We like to grab some photos to share with the public on Twitter to engage with them about what we are doing up there.
“Obviously it is difficult for an air support police officer to have interaction with the public by other means.
“And we are aware that there are a lot of people out there who are interested in what we do.”
