We all know that a great smile will boost your confidence, but looking after your mouth is all part of having a healthy body too. That’s why Colgate is urging the whole country to ‘Love Your Mouth, It’s Good For Your Health’, as part of this September’s Colgate Oral Health Month.

Most of us brush our teeth twice a day, but there are things you can do to improve the effectiveness of that cleaning. Take your routine to the next level by using fluoride toothpaste, changing your toothbrush regularly, visiting the dentist, and avoiding sugary foods and drinks in between meals, to minimise the risk of cavities and other dental problems.

To mark Colgate Oral Health Month, Colgate wants to help you look after your oral health & general well-being so they’re giving away an aerobic bouncer and twist stepper, plus a bag of Colgate goodies to four lucky winners.
