After the outstanding success of Cartmel Racecourse's first two-day race meeting in July, on Saturday 21 and Monday 23, which produced some outstanding racing for the record £125,000 of prize money on offer, all eyes are now firmly set on August.
As always, there will be a large fairground in the Course Enclosure and children aged 16 and under will be admitted free with a paying adult. Concessions are available for pensioners.
