PLANS to build homes on the former Blackburn Infirmary site will be unveiled tomorrow.
An exhibition on the proposed new development is being held at Ivy Street Community Centre from 10am to noon.
People can comment on plans before a planning application is submitted.
David Wilson Homes North West have been working with the council to agree a way forward.
Planning consent was originally granted to Barratt Homes and PJ Liveseys in 2008 to redevelop the site, but the scheme was put on hold as a result of the recession.
Coun Tony Humphrys, executive member for housing, said: “The council and the developers have worked hard to ensure that this development gets off the ground again.”
