A NEW flooring and furniture specialist is set to open a three-storey shop in Accrington.
Bosses at Eezee Lay Carpets & Beds Ltd have taken large retail warehousing space in Burnley Road on a six-year lease from private landlord Robert Pinkus & Co.
Mark Harrison, agency surveyor at Robert Pinkus said: “We are delighted to have secured tenants willing to take on such a substantial retail property, given the present trading conditions and tough economic climate retailers are facing.
“This is a very positive message about the strength of the retail trade in Accrington town centre.”
