A ONCE-thriving gastro pub is for sale at a price of £375,000.

Just two years ago the Fanny Grey Inn, High Lane, Salterforth, had a reputation as a country pub which served quality food.

However, the Enterprise Inns-owned pub has had a number of landlords since then and gone through periods of closure.

Now Christie and Co is advertising the building, which includes a restaurant, three-bedroom accommodation, garden and car park, for sale.

The freehold is up for sale, meaning whoever buys it will have the option of using it for something other than a pub.
