A FOUR-YEAR-OLD boy was injured in a collision between a cyclist and a driver.
The collision, at 2.50pm on Saturday happened on Brungerley Bridge, Waddington Road in Clitheroe.
Police say the child was knocked from the passenger seat on his father’s bicycle following a collision with a car.
The boy, who is said to be from the Goosnagh area, was awake and conscious when paramedics arrived on the scene.
He was taken to Royal Blackburn Hospital suffering from a concussion, but was not thought to be seriously injured.
The incident saw the road closed until 3.50pm while an accident investigation was carried out.
