A MENTALLY ill man in his twenties set his clothes alight in a specialist care home in Fife Street, Accrington, at 3.40pm yesterday.
Staff at the centre put out the fire and the man was taken to Royal Blackburn Hospital with superficial burns to his right buttock and torso.
