FINALIST Miss Blackburn Harriet Noakley
Miss Blackburn failed to win the Miss England crown in the final of the contest last night.
Harriet Noakley, 23, reached the last 61 of the beauty contest at the Hilton Birmingham Metropole.
Harriet, who completed her radiography studies at Royal Blackburn Hospital last week, was crowned Miss Blackburn in May.
Alize Lily Mounter was crowned Miss England in a ceremony which was streamed live online.
