Held at Manchester Central – formerly G-MEX – on July 30, the very first Manchester Comic Con will bring all the magic of London’s MCM Expo to the North West. Whether it’s major games publishers such as Nintendo or leading film studios like Universal; top comic artists or sports stars; sci-fi collectables or cosplay competitions, there’ll be something there for everyone!

MCM Expo’s Comic Village tour features award-winning comics creators and there’ll be alien-killing carnage a-plenty as Namco, THQ and Nintendo confirm that they will be previewing their hottest new games in Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine, Earth Defense Force: Insect Armageddon and the Nintendo Unleashed tour at the Manchester Comic Con.
Warwick Davis, best known for playing Hogwart’s Magical Music teacher Filius Flitwick in the Harry Potter films, will be appearing as a special guest, alongside Red Dwarf and Coronation Street’s Craig Charles.
Joining Craig and Warwick will be Anjli Mohindra and Daniel Anthony, the talented young stars of hit Doctor Who spin-off, The Sarah Jane Adventures. As well as meeting fans, both Anjli and Daniel will be signing autographs free of charge for show visitors!
