OFFICERS found £900-worth of skunk cannabis after smelling the drug as they passed a home in Burnley yesterday.
Police said that around 1.40pm y officers were on foot patrol when they noticed a strong smell of cannabis coming from an address in Scarlett Street.
They searched the house and discovered six ounces of skunk in a bedroom.
A 23-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply cannabis and has been released on police bail pending further inquiries.
