FIREFIGHTERS were called to a field off Back Lane in Crawshawbooth on Wednesday night after teenagers started a rubbish fire.
Watch manager Shaun Naughton said the group of youngsters had set alight to waste at about 7pm.
He said: “We spoke to the kids about setting fires there and the difficulty we have because it’s such a long way from the road and the dangers of tying us up for long periods of time.”
