RESIDENTS who are looking for help to set up a business in Pendle can apply for a new grant.
Pendle Council is offering support to entrepreneurs looking for extra cash to make their dreams a reality.
The money is being awarded to those needing help buying machinery, or a computer, or new software, those trying to develop a website, and for those needing help purchasing marketing and promotional materials.
Leader of Pendle Council, Coun Mike Blomeley, said: “A grant can make all the difference and I’m glad we can support people to set up in business in these challenging times.
“A small, but significant grant can make all the difference.”
The grants on offer range from £500 to £2,000.
