A campaign has been launched in Lancashire to encourage employers to hire young staff.
Training provider Connexions Lancashire has kicked off its Breath of Fresh Air Campaign, to help get 7,000 young people in the county into work.
The campaign aims to show employers how young people can be an asset to any company - as well as bringing fresh ideas and a new perspective, young people can be trained from the start to work well within a company's systems and procedures.
Dr Michele Lawty-Jones, business development director at Connexions Lancashire, said: "We want to encourage employers to think of Connexions when they have a vacancy to fill and to show them the positive impact that employing a bright young person could have on their business."
