A STUDENT who left his wallet in the gymnasium changing rooms at Blackburn College had his wallet returned by police who had found some unusual contents.
Inside the wallet officers found that there were seven wraps of cocaine.
Adam Hughes, 19, of Oriole Close, Blackburn, pleaded guilty to possessing cocaine at Blackburn Magistrates’ Court.
The defendant was ordered to spend 21 hours at an attendance centre and pay £70 costs.
Imran Hussain, defending, said Hughes would be attending a disciplinary hearing at the college to decide his future.
“The bags of cocaine were for his own use,” said Mr Hussain.
