PLANS to divert a footpath at the centre of a neighbourly dispute have been dismissed by councillors.
Permission was sought to divert the footpath at at Higher Slipper Hill Farm, Foulridge, which runs in front of two homes.
But councillors on Pendle’s Colne Committee rejected the proposal last week.
Boulsworth Councillor Paul White said: “I don't believe it is the responsibility of this committee to settle neighbourly disputes such as these.”
