BLACKBURN Rovers owners Venky’s could be set to move in to a home just metres from the club’s training ground - by buying David Dunn’s mansion.
It is understood that the Rao family, previously said to be interested in Gary Neville’s home in Harwood, Bolton, are now in negotiations with Dunn for his custom-built Brockhall property.
Dunn had the £3million home built when he moved back to the area following his transfer to Rovers from Birmingham City in 2007.
The club’s training ground is based in Brockhall, a gated village seven miles from Ewood Park.
A Venky’s spokesman said the group was looking at property but declined to comment further.
