A PUB is to reopen after a £250,000 transformation.
The makeover at the Boddington Arms, in Myerscough Smithy Road, Samlesbury, will also create 14 new jobs.
The pub is due to close today before undergoing a renovation and reopening on Saturday, June 25.
It will turn the inn, which is opposite BAE Systems’ Samlesbury plant, into a Fayre and Square, offering cheap meals.
General manager Kailey McColgan said: “I am really excited about the new, brighter look our Fayre and Square pub restaurant will have.
“We already have a great team on board but are looking for additional team players to work in the bar and restaurant.”
To mark the event, bosses are looking for a family to reopen the pub.
