Food lovers will descend on Ewood Park in Blackburn for Nigel Haworth's Fantastic Food Show on June 11 and 12.
The top chef will be joined by a host of culinary experts who will be cooking up a storm for thousands of visitors at the event.
Ten celebrity chefs will be giving demonstrations including Nigel himself, Lisa Allen, Northcote’s head chef, who is through to this year’s Great British Menu final on BBC2, Paul Heathcote, Simon Rimmer and Vinny and Victor from Yu & Yu.
More than 100 specialist producers from all over the county will be exhibiting their wares, there will be a working milking parlour for youngsters to try their hand at milking a cow, a cheese room and a beer tent.
Nigel Haworth said: “I am absolutely delighted with the support that we’ve received this year.
"There is so many exciting things happening from the first BBQ competition; Gazegill Organic Farm doing live milking demonstration to my traditional Lancashire Hotpot Station.
"It is important to me that all aspects of this show endorse the fact that Lancashire and the North West is the food capital of the UK.
"This year we are honoured to have Claire Clark, (Pastry Chef fro the French Laundry, 3 Michelin Stars) who has designed cakes for the afternoon tea room.
"I can assure you these will be the best cakes you have ever tasted, something not to be missed.
“Three of my main passion are food, football and cars which I have managed to incorporate all into the Fantastic Food Show.
"This year I have set myself the challenge in true Top Gear style to cook a Michelin-starred main course and dessert on an Audi R8 engine.”
