MUSIC lovers flocked to The ACE Centre in Nelson for the first ever Pendle Guitar Festival yesterday.
In the Cross Street venue’s bistro there were live performances by jazz, folk and blues musicians.
Workshops were also given by Adam Palma, Adrian Ingram and Nigel ‘Idolfrets’ Pickering.
People were able to take advantage of free guitar lessons and some even had a chance to make a free 10-minute recording in the studio.
In addition the festival included more than 70 stalls selling guitars, amps and memorabilia.
And aficionados were given an opportunity to compare their guitars and have them valued.
