IRON man Keith McGregor is taking a well earned rest after raising more than £1,000 for charity.
Keith from Barnoldswick, took part in an iron man contest at Sherbourne Castle, Dorset in aid of Reedley-based Pendleside Hospice.
The event saw competitors take part in a 2.4 mile swim and cycle 112 miles before completing a marathon.
Keith came 123rd out of 1,500 athletes from across the world and raised £1,300.
