A vital witness to a Blackburn hit-and-run which left a seven-year-old girl dead has still not come forward.
Earlier this week police investigating the death of Olivia Whiteside, of Gold Hey Street, Blackburn, appealed for the Asian woman driving a Toyota Corolla to come forward.
But officers have not heard from the woman who is likely to have seen Olivia being struck by a vehicle at the junction of Billinge Street and Dalton Close, Blackburn, in July.
