A COLNE firm that specialises in refurbishing high quality gym equipment has moved to a larger base.
Leisure Opportunities bought a 38,500 sqft site just off the M65.
Graham Bertrand, managing director of Leisure Opportunities Limited, said: “The property has close links to the motorway and is in an ideal location for business expansion.”
The firm spent £1.2million on the move with the help of North West lender Bridging Finance which swiftly completed the loan.
Mr Bertrand added: “We knew this was an opportunity we couldn’t miss so had to act quickly to secure the property.
“This meant our bank was unable to undertake their due diligence in the time required. Our solicitors recommended Bridging Finance Limited which was able to step in and complete the loan so we could snap up the property.”
