STAFF at an East Lancashire housing association donned colourful clothes in a bid to raise awareness of homophobia.
Twin Valley Homes and Housing Pendle flew the rainbow flag for equality and diversity as it celebrated IDAHO Day.
IDAHO Day, which stands for International Day Against Homophobia and Transphobia, began in the 1970s.
It is marked on each May 17 worldwide.
As well as colourful clothes and decorated offices, there was also a special presentation on the challenges facing housing providers and the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender community.
