A PAIR of catering apprentices from Nelson and Colne College are preparing to take part in the finals of the UK Seafood Competition.
Naem Rafiq and Gary Entwistle have made it through to the final after winning the regional heat at Blackpool and the Fylde College.
The UK Seafood Competition was founded in 1996 by the Grimsby Institute of Further and Higher Education’s Hospitality Department.
