A COMPANY secretary of a Blackburn firm appeared in court charged with fraud offences.
Victoria Forshaw, 38, of Watson Street, Oswaldtwistle, is alleged to have obtained £26,000 from Vanguard Packaging over a two-year period.
She is charged with using a company cheque to pay her credit card bill of £13,833; making an automated payment into her bank account of £3,956; fraudulently making an arrangement to repay a £2,000 loan; using a company cheque to pay her solicitor’s fee of £643; and using the company credit card for her own ends in the total sum of £7,005.
She was directed to Preston Crown Court and remanded on bail for the preparation of committal papers.
