KEYS to St Mary’s College’s new building have been handed over.
Contractors Globe Management Services Ltd marked the end of the construction for the Enterprise Centre at the Shear Brow, Blackburn, college with a ceremony on Monday.
The building was funded by Lancashire Enterprise Growth Initiative.
