A TEENAGER who flouted a restraining order and a suspended jail term at the same time has been jailed for seven months.
Skander Zulkernain, 19, had received a restraining order, banning him from his former partner's street and from contacting her, last June.
A week later, he was given 10 months in prison, suspended for two years, with 120 hours unpaid work and the Thinking Skills programme, for affray.
Burnley Crown Court heard how he had gone past his former girlfriend's house on Annie Street, Accrington, and had been abusive to her neighbour.
Zulkernain, of Monk Street, Accrington, had admitted breaching the orders.
