HYNDBURN’S community-owned environmental charity has compiled a handy list of where to buy and eat Fairtrade products in the area.
The Prospects Foundation’s list includes 16 retail outlets and 10 restaurants.
Fairtrade means the price paid to the producer covers the costs and also includes a small premium that is paid to a committee in the village.
