SIXTY-four ‘problem’ drinkers have been given their marching orders from every pub and club in Colne.
Bars involved in Colne Against Night-time Disorder (CAND) have served life bans on no fewer than 25 of the worst offenders.
Shorter disqualifications have been served on 39 individuals for less serious offences, three of which will expire before the end of the month.
Another 20 will run out before the end of 2011, with a further 11 lasting until 2012, two more expiring in 2013, and three not over before September 2015.
